Why buy a complete dually package vs. piecing it together

Dually fitment is the #1 thing builders get wrong. Front wheels are NOT the same as rear wheels on a dually — different offset, different backspacing, different hub bore. A "set of 6" from a generic shop usually ships 4 of one fitment + 2 of another, both wrong. Our complete dually packages are pre-spec'd front + rear matched on every brand we carry — KG1 Forged, American Force, Fuel Off-Road. We confirm hub diameter + bolt pattern + offset BEFORE the wheels ship from our warehouse.

Dually bolt patterns we package

• 8x6.5 (8x165.1) — Ram 3500 dually, Chevy Silverado 3500HD dually, GMC Sierra 3500HD dually (2011+). Most-installed dually pattern at our Marietta shop.
• 8x200 — Ford F-350/F-450 dually (2005+ Super Duty). The Ford-specific 8-lug pattern that won't cross-fit Chevy or Ram wheels.
• 10x225 — Ford F-450/F-550 dually (2015+) HD pattern. 10-lug forged-only territory.
• 8x170 — older Ford F-350 dually (1999-2004 7.3L PowerStroke + early 6.0L) — legacy Super Duty pattern.

Tire options for dually packages

Most dually packages we ship pair with 33", 35", or 37" tires. See our 35" tires Marietta page and 37" tires Marietta page for the full lineup. Most common dually tire: 37x13.50R22 Trail Grappler M/T on a 26" or 28" KG1 dually wheel build. For tow-rig duallies that earn their keep, the LT-metric 35" or 37" in E or F load range is the right call.

Lifted dually builds — lift kits, wheels, tires as one package

Lifted dually wheels are our signature build. Lifted Ram 3500 dually, lifted F-350/F-450 dually, and lifted Silverado 3500HD dually rigs all pair 26"+ dually wheels with 35"-37" tires and 2"-4" of lift to clear properly. We install BDS Suspension radius-arm 4" kits + Rough Country 2.5"-3.5" kits on Super Duty and Ram dually builds. We'll spec the lift, the wheels, and the tires together so the build clears without rubbing.

Install timing in Marietta

Full 6-wheel dually mount + Hunter Road Force balance + TPMS programming + lugs torqued to spec runs 2-3 hours at our shop. If we're also doing the lift kit, plan on 1-3 shop days for the full build. Most dually customers drop off Monday morning and pick up Wednesday or Thursday with the entire build done.

What dually wheel size fits my Ram 3500?

22", 24", 26", 28", 30" — all available in the 8x6.5 Ram dually pattern. 26" is the most-installed for daily-driven Ram dually builds; 28"-30" is the showpiece tow rig size. We spec offset/backspacing to your truck's year (2010+ vs. older spacing differs).

Can I run 37" tires on my dually?

Yes — most modern duallies clear 37" with a 4" lift kit + minor fender trim. 35" clears with just a leveling kit. We confirm fit before shipping the package.

Do dually wheels include the hubcentric rings?

Yes — every dually package we ship includes the correct hubcentric rings for the front + rear hubs. Center bore is matched to OEM (not generic 110mm or 130mm rings). Without proper centering, you get the dreaded steering-wheel shake at highway speed.

How long does a 6-wheel dually install take in Marietta?

2-3 hours for mount + Hunter Road Force balance + TPMS programming + torque + road test. Drop off in the morning, ready by mid-afternoon. Same-day installs available on most in-stock packages.

Will 28" dually wheels hurt my tow rating?

Forged wheels (KG1, American Force) are load-rated for HD dually tow loads. Cast or low-grade wheels — not recommended for serious tow rigs. We carry forged-only on our dually packages for exactly this reason.

What's included with the dually package price?

6 wheels (4 rear + 2 front matched), hubcentric rings, valve stems. Tires + install + lug nuts are quoted separately so you can mix in your own tire brand or financing structure.
