KG1 Forged Truck Wheels
KG1's forged truck wheels fit half-tons through heavy-duty 8-lug rigs — Ram 1500/2500/3500, Ford F-150/F-250/F-350, Chevy/GMC 1500/2500/3500. Diameters 17"–26", widths 8" through 14", and a mix of negative-offset and high-positive fitments to dial in stance over leveling kits, lifts, or stock suspension.
KG1 Dually Wheels (2 Front + 2 Inner + 2 Outer)
KG1 dually wheels are sold as a matched set of 6 — 2 front, 2 inner rear, and 2 outer rear — so your dually pickup goes home with the full setup. Dually-width 8.25" outers cover Ford F-350/F-450, Ram 3500, and Chevy/GMC 3500 dually trucks. Some KG1 dually styles ship as handed L/R pairs for directional designs; we package the set correctly for your truck.

KG1 wheels are fully forged from 6061-T6 aluminum billet — not cast, not flow-formed. Higher strength-to-weight, no internal porosity, and load-rated for the heavy-duty trucks they're engineered for. KG1 dually wheel packages
KG1's dually catalog is the deepest of any forged brand we carry. 26", 28", and 30" dually wheel packages for Ram 3500, Ford F-350/F-450, Chevy Silverado 3500HD, and GMC Sierra 3500HD. Front + rear fitments matched, full dually wheel packages pre-spec'd with the correct bolt pattern + offset + backspacing for each dually platform. Hubcentric rings included on every package.
KG1 lifted truck wheels
For lifted F-150, Silverado 1500, Ram 1500 builds — the KG1 Forged Series in 20" and 22" fitments dominates. Pairs with 35" tires on a 4" lift, or step up to 22"+ KG1 with 37" tires on a 6"+ BDS lift kit.
KG1 SxS / UTV wheels

Same-day install at our Marietta shop
Most in-stock KG1 wheel + tire setups install same day at our East Cobb shop. Hunter Road Force balance on every wheel, TPMS sensors transferred or new ones programmed, lugs torqued to spec, 5-mile road test before keys back. For full dually 6-wheel installs with tires, plan on 2-3 hours.
Financing KG1 builds

KG1 Forged FAQ
Are KG1 wheels worth it vs. cast aluminum?
Yes if you tow, plow, off-road, or run a heavy diesel. Forged 6061-T6 aluminum is roughly 2-3x stronger than cast aluminum at the same weight, and KG1 specifically engineers their truck wheels for the load demands of dually and HD diesel builds. For mostly-pavement daily drivers, cast can be fine; for any truck that earns its keep, forged is the right call.
What sizes does KG1 make for duallies?
22", 24", 26", 28", and 30" — all 8x6.5 / 8x200 / 10x225 dually-specific bolt patterns matched front/rear. The 26" is the most-installed dually size at our Marietta shop; 30" is the showpiece build size.
How long does a KG1 wheel install take?
Half-ton 4-wheel installs: 60-90 minutes with Hunter Road Force balance + TPMS reset. Dually 6-wheel installs: 2-3 hours. Tires must be matched correctly to wheel width and load rating — we spec that during your build consult.
Does KG1 cover wheel cracks under warranty?
KG1 backs their forged wheels with a lifetime structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Impact damage from potholes/curbs is not covered (that's impact, not defect — same as every forged brand). For tow-rig and daily-driven trucks, structural failures on forged KG1 are extremely rare.
Can KG1 wheels run on stock-height trucks?
Yes — most KG1 fitments work on stock-height trucks with proper offset/backspacing matched to your truck's factory specs. We size the wheel + tire to your vehicle during fitment confirmation. For lifted builds, we adjust the offset/BS to clear the lift kit components.
