How do I claim a tire rebate after I buy from Road Runner?
Click the "Open rebate PDF" button on the offer above to load the form in a new tab, then download or print it. Fill in your name and address, attach a copy of your invoice (we email it automatically — reprints are free in-store), and mail it to the address printed on the form. The manufacturer sends a prepaid Visa or Mastercard within 6–8 weeks of processing.
Do I have to buy four tires to qualify?
Most manufacturer rebates require a qualifying set of four matching tires (same size, same model). A few brands occasionally run rebates on sets of two — the exact requirement is printed on each rebate PDF. If you're unsure, call us at 678-400-6467 and we'll confirm before you buy.
Can I combine a rebate with financing?
Yes. Rebates are paid by the manufacturer regardless of how you paid Road Runner. We offer Acima lease-to-own, Synchrony, and Affirm — you can finance the purchase and still collect the manufacturer rebate after install.
How long does it take to get the rebate card?
Typically 6–8 weeks from the date the manufacturer receives your form. Exact timing is printed on each PDF. The card is mailed directly to the address you put on the form, not to Road Runner.
What if I lose my invoice?
We can reprint it for free. Stop by the Marietta shop or call 678-400-6467 and we'll email you a fresh PDF copy.
Do rebates work on tires I bought online from someone else and brought in to install?
No — manufacturer rebates require purchase and installation at a participating retailer (us). The rebate form needs an invoice showing both the tires and installation from the same shop.
