• Product photos are representative; actual finish, offset, or appearance may vary slightly between manufacturer production runs.
• Promotional pricing is limited to stock on hand and may end without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). Payment is processed at checkout; financing applications (Acima, Affirm, Synchrony) are subject to third-party approval.

4. Fitment & Installation

You are responsible for confirming that the wheels, tires, lift kits, or accessories you order are correct for your vehicle and legal in your jurisdiction. We provide fitment guidance as a courtesy; final responsibility rests with the buyer.

Improper installation can result in vehicle damage, injury, or death. We strongly recommend professional installation. Products that have been installed are not returnable — see our Return Policy.

5. Warranties

Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty. We act as your agent in submitting warranty claims. Our 30-day workmanship guarantee and warranty exclusions are detailed in the Return Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Road Runner Wheels & Tires and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of use, lost profits, or vehicle damage — arising from product use, installation, or any other cause. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All site content — text, images, logos, layouts, code — is owned by Road Runner Wheels & Tires or licensed to us, and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without our prior written permission.
