Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping cost: FREE standard shipping on wheel orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. No minimum order. Tires ship for a per-tire fee ($17, $27, $41, or $56 depending on size) added as a line item at checkout.
Local pickup — always free: choose "Pickup at Marietta shop" (1585 Roswell Rd, Marietta GA 30062) at checkout and shipping is FREE for wheels AND tires.
Order processing: ships within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on destination.
Custom/forged wheels (American Force, KG1, etc.): built to order, typical build time 6–8 weeks before shipping; delivery then follows the 3–7 business day window.
Oversized/overweight, outside 48 contiguous states, or APO/FPO: may require a manual freight quote and adjusted delivery time; we contact you before any additional charges.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the continental United States (lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

2. Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom-finish wheels, special orders, and certain lift kits may require additional lead time — you'll see an estimated ship date on the product page and order confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, transit time depends on the warehouse fulfilling your order:

Local (Marietta, GA hub) — same-day or next-business-day to metro Atlanta
Regional — 1–3 business days to most of the Southeast
National — 3–6 business days to the West Coast and Northeast

Estimates are based on standard ground service via UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier and can vary with weather and carrier capacity.

4. Shipping Costs

Wheels ship free in the lower 48 on qualifying orders. Tires, lift kits, and accessories may carry a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Oversized or freight items (large lift kits, bundles over a combined length+girth threshold) may incur a surcharge calculated automatically at checkout.

5. Local Pickup & Installation

Skip shipping entirely — pick up your order at our Marietta shop and have it installed the same day in most cases.

6. Order Tracking

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect every shipment at delivery. Refuse obviously damaged packages or report damage within 10 days — no claims accepted after that. See our Return Policy for full damage-claim instructions.

8. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly. Re-shipping fees may apply for returned-to-sender packages.
