Last updated: May 22, 2026

1. Information We Collect

• Order & account info — name, email, phone, billing & shipping address, vehicle details you provide for fitment
• Payment info — processed and stored by Shopify Payments and our authorized processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers
• Site usage data — pages viewed, products searched, device/browser info, IP address, cookies
• Communications — messages you send via email, phone, web forms, or chat

2. How We Use Your Information

• Fulfill orders, schedule installation, and provide customer service
• Confirm fitment, verify VIN/vehicle data, and coordinate shipping with our distributors
• Send order updates, receipts, and (with consent) marketing emails or SMS
• Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations
• Improve our website, products, and service quality

3. Sharing Your Information

We share information only with parties who help us run the business:

• Shopify (our e-commerce platform & payment processor)
• Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight carriers) and our wheel/tire distributors for direct-ship orders
• Financing partners (Acima, Affirm, Synchrony) — only when you apply
• Service providers (analytics, email/SMS, fraud detection) under contractual data protections
• Authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, remember your vehicle (garage), measure site performance, and (with consent) deliver relevant ads. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (California, EU/UK, etc.) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of marketing or targeted advertising. To make a request, email sales@roadrunnerwheels.com or call (678) 400-6467.

7. Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
