Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. You'll need to match lug nuts to your vehicle's thread pitch and seat type — most machined-face wheels like this use a conical or mag seat depending on the lug hole design. If you're unsure, bring your existing lug nut in when you come to us and we'll match it up correctly.
