About This Wheel
Holding the AU29, the first thing you notice is how clean the face reads — a multi-spoke layout with enough negative space to let brake hardware show through without looking busy. The machined cuts run across the spoke faces at a tight, consistent depth, and where they meet the gunmetal base coat the contrast is sharp but not aggressive. Under direct sun those machined surfaces catch light differently depending on the viewing angle, giving the wheel a sense of movement even standing still. On a dark-trimmed Audi A6 or a silver Mercedes E-Class, the tonal relationship between the gunmetal and the body paint works well. It also reads cleanly against white and deep blue finishes common across the VW and BMW segments this bolt pattern covers.
