NX2 Steering Stabilizer Shock - Single/Dual | Dodge Ram 1500 (02-12) 4WD

Built for Ram 1500 owners who want to eliminate bump steer and keep their steering tight through rough terrain — the BDS NX2 Steering Stabilizer Shock is a hydraulic damper that tames the wandering steering feel common on lifted or heavily modified trucks. One shock mounts between your frame and steering linkage to absorb impacts that would otherwise translate into jerky, unpredictable wheel inputs at highway speeds or off-road.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most shocks go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What it does

• Hydraulic damping — resists the rapid extension and compression that lifts, oversized tires, and rough roads create in your steering system, stopping the wheel from fighting your hands.
• Bump steer prevention — keeps your steering geometry stable as your suspension articulates, so every input feels planted and responsive.
• Highway and off-road ready — smooths out the nervous, twitchy feel on pavement and prevents steering feedback loops when you're pushing through rocks or ruts.

Important notes

• Fits 2002–2012 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD models.
• Available as a single shock or dual pair — confirm your truck's setup (single or dual stabilizer) before ordering to ensure fitment.
• Part of the BDS NX2 line — designed to work with lifted suspensions and oversized tires without compromising steering response.
