About This Wheel

When you pick up the Kraken face-to-face, the first thing you notice is how much is going on without it feeling cluttered. The spoke layout is chunky and deliberate — these aren't thin decorative spokes, they're structural-looking arms that give the wheel a mechanical, almost industrial character. The milled pockets cut between the spokes catch light at different angles throughout the day, so the wheel doesn't look flat or monotone in direct sun. That contrast between the gloss black base and the raw milled aluminum is sharp in person. It pairs naturally with body colors like white, charcoal, and matte army green, and it suits lifted trucks and Jeep platforms particularly well where that aggressive dish depth actually shows.

Fitment

A hub-centric ring is recommended when the wheel hub bore is larger than the vehicle hub.

About the GLOSS BLACK MILLED Finish

Moto Metal has been producing truck and off-road wheels since the early 2000s, and they've stayed consistent in targeting the lifted truck segment with cast construction at a realistic price point. Their fitment engineering tends to be solid — offsets and backspacing measurements are accurate to spec, which matters when you're buying wheels without test-fitting first. Not a boutique brand, but a dependable one with broad fitment coverage.

About Moto Metal

Moto Metal produces wheels distributed nationally through trusted vendor channels. Catalogs are stocked, MAP-pricing is enforced, and warranty coverage is honored at the manufacturer level.

Installing at Road Runner Wheels & Tires

Mount and balance is same-day in most cases in our shop. We program TPMS sensors on-site and pair wheels with matching tires when needed. Same shop handles lift kits, suspension work, and full builds.

Questions We Get

Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. Because this is a gloss black milled finish, we'd recommend pairing it with a set of black-capped or black-seat lug nuts to keep the look consistent. Seat type matters here — verify whether your vehicle requires a conical or mag seat lug before purchasing hardware.
