Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. Ford 8x170 trucks typically use a 14x1.5 thread pitch, and with a forged wheel at this offset, a quality mag-style or tuner lug nut with the correct seat taper is worth the investment — don't reuse worn OEM hardware on new wheels.
