Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with this wheel. Given the wide barrel and offset, you'll want to verify you're running the correct seat type and thread pitch for your Ford application — most 8x170 Ford trucks use a 14x1.5 thread with a conical seat, but confirm before purchasing hardware separately.
