Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. For a forged wheel at this offset, you'll want a seat-style lug nut that matches the conical or ball seat spec of your specific hub — using the wrong seat type can cause wheels to come loose under load, which is a serious safety issue. We stock compatible lug nut kits and can confirm the right spec for your truck when you place your order.
