The monoblock forging allows the designers to pull material only where it's not needed, so the spokes have a lean, purposeful taper from hub to lip. That polished face isn't a coating — it's the aluminum itself brought to a mirror finish, which means every spoke edge catches light at a slightly different angle as you walk around the truck. On a white or silver Super Duty the contrast is crisp and deliberate. On a black or dark-green truck the polished face reads almost chrome in direct sun, which is a striking combination without being overdone.
