About This Wheel
Pick up a TAIGA and the first thing you notice is the face — clean spoke architecture that doesn't overcrowd the barrel, giving the wheel visual depth without looking busy. The spokes have a slight taper toward the lip, which does two things: it adds structural rigidity exactly where the load transfers, and it creates shadow contrast that makes the face read more three-dimensional than a flat multi-spoke design would. In Gray, that interplay of light and shadow is deliberate. Bright midday sun pulls the lighter tones out of the finish; overcast light pushes everything toward a more uniform slate. On a white or silver Porsche Cayenne or Panamera, the Gray reads almost tonal. Against a dark Bentley Bentayga or a black Mercedes-Benz G-Class 500, it provides contrast without competing with the body.
