About This Wheel

Holding the AR943, the first thing you notice is how deliberate the spoke layout feels — not too busy, not too sparse. The face runs a multi-spoke pattern with moderate depth, which gives it visual structure without the aggressive dish you'd see on a performance-only wheel. In Silver, the machined and painted surfaces work together so the face catches light at different angles throughout the day. It reads bright in direct sun and shifts to a softer gray in shade, which means it won't clash with white, silver, black, or darker body colors. Compact crossovers and mid-size sedans are where this wheel tends to land best, though it sits naturally on a half-ton application as well.

Fitment

ET+35mm offset is typical for stock-height fitments; leveled and lifted trucks may want different offset/backspacing combinations to clear larger tires. A hub-centric ring is recommended when the wheel hub bore is larger than the vehicle hub.

About the SILVER Finish

American Racing has been producing wheels since 1956, and the AR series reflects their longer-standing focus on accessible, well-finished cast fitments for the street market. They're not a boutique forged brand, but that's not the point — the AR943 is engineered for consistent quality at a practical price point, and their fitment catalog covers an unusually wide range of domestic and import applications.

About American Racing

American Racing produces wheels distributed nationally through trusted vendor channels. Catalogs are stocked, MAP-pricing is enforced, and warranty coverage is honored at the manufacturer level.

Installing at Road Runner Wheels & Tires

Mount and balance is same-day in most cases in our shop. We program TPMS sensors on-site and pair wheels with matching tires when needed. Same shop handles lift kits, suspension work, and full builds.

Questions We Get

Will this fit my truck?

Send us your vehicle details and we'll confirm clearance on brakes, fenders, and suspension components before you order.

Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. Most vehicles require a specific seat type — conical, ball, or shank — so it's worth double-checking your factory lug spec before purchasing separately. We stock a range of compatible lug nuts and can match them to this wheel when you're ready.

Looking for wheels, rims & tires near you in the Atlanta metro? We mount + balance same day at our Marietta tire shop — 1585 Roswell Rd. Serving Marietta, Atlanta, Cobb County, Kennesaw, Smyrna, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Buckhead + Vinings.
