ET+145mm offset is typical for stock-height fitments; leveled and lifted trucks may want different offset/backspacing combinations to clear larger tires. Will this fit my truck?

This wheel is built on the 8x200 bolt pattern with a 145mm offset, which is engineered for the Ram 3500 (2019-2027) dually. Always confirm your cab and bed configuration with us before ordering, since cab-and-chassis variants can have different clearance requirements than standard dually pickups.

Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. Dually applications on the Ram 3500 require specific two-piece or ball-seat lug nuts to seat correctly against the forged face, so it's worth getting the right hardware at the same time — we can source the correct set when you place your order.
