Built for truck owners who need dead-straight steering after a lift — this BDS alignment cam corrects caster geometry when you've raised your suspension. A lifted truck pulls or wanders without proper front-end alignment; this cam brings your front axle back into spec so your rig tracks true.
Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Alignment cams typically install in under an hour as part of a full front-end alignment. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.
What it does
- Caster correction — restores front-axle geometry after your lift, eliminating wander and pull so you get that factory-straight feel back.
- 0 to 2¾° range — adjusts to match your specific lift height and geometry setup, dialed in during professional alignment.
Why customers pick this at Road Runner
- Proven BDS part backed by our local warranty and expertise.
- Professional alignment performed in-house — we dial in caster, camber, and toe after every lift install.
- Technicians who lift trucks every week know exactly how to spec and install these for your rig.
- Fits Ford F-150 (1980–95), F-250/F-350 (1980–2004), and Dodge Ram 2500 (1994–2002) 4WD models.
