What you get up front

• BDS coil-over coils — engineered to handle the 8-inch travel while keeping your front-end geometry stable through articulation.
• Front control arms — repositioned mounts correct caster so your Excursion tracks true at highway speeds.
• Front sway-bar links — extended to match the new suspension arc and prevent binding.

Out back

Rear leaf-spring pack with extended shackles gives you the lift out back while maintaining leaf geometry. Transfer-case re-indexing is included to keep driveline angles correct and reduce vibration.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro Series — comfort-tuned for daily driving; soaks up bumps without feeling wallowy. Great all-around choice.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — adjustable damping for aggressive off-road use; dial in your own ride feel on rocks, whoops, or highway cruising.

Important notes

• Maximum tire clearance: 35 inches (without trimming or modifications).
• Factory driveline geometry is preserved — no additional driveshaft work needed beyond the included transfer-case re-indexing.
• OE wheels and suspension components are not compatible with this lift height; plan on new wheels and tires as part of the build.
• Rear bumpstops are extended as part of the kit to prevent suspension bottoming.
