Built for 1999 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty owners who want 6 inches of rear lift and a level stance. This rear-block lift kit raises the back of your truck while front components level the front with the rear, restoring factory proportions. The kit opens up tire clearance to 35"–37" and is engineered for easy bolt-on installation without cutting or welding.

- Lift Block Kit (Pair) — 4-inch rear lift blocks that bolt under your leaf springs to raise the rear axle.
- 6-inch Rear Leaf Springs (Pair) — Ford Super Duty–specific leaf springs rated for 1999–2004 models, paired with the lift blocks for proper ride height and spring rates.
- V2 Monotube Shock Absorbers (2 Pairs) — Rough Country's application-valved V2 shocks tuned for balanced on and off-road performance, matched to the new suspension geometry.
- Pitman Arm — Ford Bronco/F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD replacement pitman arm to restore correct steering geometry after the lift.
- Universal U-Bolt Kit — Hardware to secure the axle to the leaf springs and lift blocks.
- Installation Hardware — All fasteners and mounting brackets needed for a complete bolt-on installation.
Important notes
- Does NOT fit V-8 gas engine models or dually configurations.
- Does NOT fit trucks with a production date on or after March 1, 1999. This kit is specific to early-1999 F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD models.
- Trucks equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft require a carrier bearing drop bracket (Rough Country #1197) — confirm driveshaft configuration before purchase.
