6 Inch Lift Kit | Ram 3500 w/ Rear Air Ride (13-18) 4WD | Diesel

Built for Ram 3500 diesel owners who want 6 inches of lift without sacrificing ride quality or payload capacity. This BDS kit raises your 3500 while preserving driveline geometry and keeping factory suspension geometry intact. You get a full coilover front suspension setup, rear blocks, and your choice of shock tiers — all engineered to handle the weight and torque of a modern diesel.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• BDS coilover front suspension — replaces the factory setup with adjustable coil-overs that manage the extra weight and keep caster correction dialed in for driveline safety.
• Front and rear sway bar links — extended to match your new ride height and maintain steering geometry.
• Track bar bracket relocation kit — keeps suspension roll and bump steer predictable at height.

Out back

Rear 6-inch blocks transfer the lift from front to rear, paired with extended U-bolts and bushings. On air-ride equipped trucks, the factory air suspension springs are retained — BDS engineering accounts for the extra volume, so you don't lose air spring support under load.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro Series — tuned for highway comfort and trail compliance on a lifted diesel; smooth damping at highway speeds, capable off-road. Available in 6-bolt or 8-bolt configuration.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — adjustable high- and low-speed compression dampers plus adjustable rebound; built for drivers who want tunable response and plan serious terrain. Available in 6-bolt or 8-bolt configuration.

Important notes

• This kit is engineered specifically for Ram 3500 models with factory air ride suspension (2013–2018, 4WD diesel only). Do not install on non-air-ride equipped trucks.
• 6-bolt and 8-bolt configurations refer to rear axle bolt pattern — confirm your truck's spec before ordering.
• Maximum tire clearance with this lift is 35 inches; larger tires may contact suspension or frame depending on wheel offset and backspacing.
• No driveshaft modifications or transfer case re-indexing are required.
• Factory electronic stability control (ESC) and all safety systems remain functional; no recalibration needed.

Why customers pick this at Road Runner

• BDS suspension backed by a lifetime warranty on structure — we service it right here if anything goes wrong.
• Professionally installed by technicians who lift Ram diesels every week; we know the geometry and torque specs cold.
• No surprises — we confirm your axle configuration and shock preference before we order, so you get exactly what fits your truck.
• Caster correction is built into the coilover setup, so driveline angles stay safe and steering feel stays tight.
• Mount and balance available on most kits keeps you off the lift longer and back on the road faster.
