This 6-inch 4-Link lift kit replaces your factory control arms with Rough Country's fixed upper arms and adjustable lower control arms, then adds lifted coil springs, radius arm drop brackets, and fabricated anti-wrap rear blocks to preserve proper caster and eliminate axle wrap. You get the aggressive stance and travel you want while keeping your truck handling like stock.

• This kit does not fit F-350 models, gas engine models, or dually models. Verify your truck is a 4WD diesel Super Duty before ordering.
• The new fabricated lift block replaces your factory-equipped lift block. Installation requires removal of the OE unit.
• You must know if your rear leaf springs are equipped with a factory contact overload spring — confirm this before install, as it affects block selection.
