5.5 Inch Lift Kit w/ Radius Arm | Ram 3500 w/ Rear Air Ride (13-18) 4WD | Gas

Built for Ram 3500 owners who want 5.5 inches of lift without sacrificing rear-axle geometry. This kit uses a radius arm design to preserve caster and driveline angles, keeping your truck planted while you run bigger rubber. Perfect for work trucks and off-road rigs that need clearance and control.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Front coil springs — engineered for the 5.5-inch lift height and tuned to handle payload without bottoming.
• Front control arms and brackets — caster-corrected geometry keeps your steering responsive and tire wear even.

Out back

Rear air suspension components are recalibrated to work with the new ride height. The radius arm rear design preserves driveline angles so you won't experience unwanted transfer case stress or driveshaft vibration.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro Series — comfortable daily driver feel with solid off-road damping. Best all-around value.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — premium control and rebound tuning for aggressive terrain and high-speed stability.

Important notes

• This kit is engineered for 2013–2018 Ram 3500 4WD models equipped with factory rear air suspension. Confirm your truck has air springs in back before ordering.
• Larger tires fit within the 5.5-inch clearance; verify backspacing and offset with our team to avoid tire rub or suspension binding.
• BDS may require minor driveshaft modifications depending on your final suspension geometry and powertrain configuration.
