4 Inch Lift Kit | Ram 3500 w/ Rear Air Ride (13-18) 4WD | Diesel

Built for diesel truck owners who want 4 inches of clearance without compromising their factory ride quality. This BDS suspension kit lifts your Ram 3500 with rear air suspension while preserving the OE geometry that keeps your driveline angles happy and your payload capacity intact.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Front coil springs — engineered for the 4-inch lift height while maintaining factory caster correction for steering feel and tire wear.
• Front struts and mounts — tuned to work with your existing front geometry so driveshaft angles stay factory-correct.
• Sway bar links and brackets — re-indexed to keep anti-roll stiffness predictable at ride height.

Out back

Rear air suspension components — BDS retains your factory air springs and air compressor system. The kit relocates rear coil springs and installs new rear upper and lower control arms with corrected angles. Your ride stays smooth on the highway and over rough terrain because the air suspension still handles its job.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro Series — comfortable, tuned for daily driving and light towing. Great value for owners who want proven damping without premium pricing.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — premium internal floating piston design with speed-sensitive damping. Best choice for heavy payload, frequent towing, or aggressive terrain.

Important notes

• This kit is engineered for Ram 3500 4WD models with rear air suspension (2013–2018). Confirm your truck has factory air springs in the rear before ordering.
• Maximum tire size depends on your wheel offset and backspacing — consult with our team to ensure your setup clears fenders and suspension.
• Factory air suspension compressor and air lines remain active. No modifications to air system plumbing are required.
• If your truck is equipped with electronic stability control (ESC) or trailer sway control, those systems continue to function normally post-install.

Why customers pick this at Road Runner
