4 Inch Lift Kit | Dodge Ram 2500 Power Wagon (09-13) 4WD | Gas

Built for Power Wagon owners who demand maximum ground clearance and off-road capability without sacrificing on-road composure. This 4-inch lift kit raises your 2009–2013 Ram 2500 Power Wagon while preserving factory driveline geometry and weight distribution. Choose between leaf-spring and block-kit configurations, each paired with your choice of shocks — from daily-driver comfort to high-speed desert performance.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Front coil-over or block spacers — engineered to maintain OE caster geometry and steering feel across the full lift range.
• Front track bar relocation bracket — keeps your steering centered and suspension geometry square.
• Sway bar link extensions — prevents binding and maintains anti-roll control at full articulation.

Out back

Rear lift is delivered via either leaf-spring hangers or block spacers, depending on your chosen configuration. Both preserve axle centerline and driveshaft angles, eliminating the need for transfer case re-indexing.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro Series — comfortable daily driver with tuned valving for stock tires and light load. Ideal for owners who prioritize ride quality.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — external-reservoir design with tunable compression and rebound. Built for aggressive trails, rocky terrain, and customers running larger tires.

Important notes

• This kit is engineered for gas engines only. Diesel models require a different architecture.
• If your Power Wagon is equipped with factory air suspension, contact us for compatibility guidance before ordering.
• Maximum tire clearance depends on your wheel offset and backspacing. Discuss your wheel package with our team to confirm fitment.
• Leaf-spring kits and block kits have different geometry profiles — block kits are slightly less aggressive and suit pavement-friendly owners; leaf springs deliver a taller stance and more articulation for true off-road duty.

Why customers pick this at Road Runner

• BDS warranty backed locally — if anything fails, you're not shipping to a distributor across the country.
• Our technicians install these every week — no guesswork, no shortcuts, and your truck gets the correct geometry out the gate.
• Caster correction is baked in — your steering stays responsive and your front tires don't wear prematurely.
• Flexible shock options mean you can dial in comfort or performance to match your driving style and budget.
• Mount and balance available on most kits keeps your downtime to a minimum.
