- Does NOT fit 2019 "Classic" models (2018 body style).
- Does NOT fit Denali or Denali Ultimate models — they are equipped with Adaptive Ride Control as standard and are incompatible with this kit.
- Does NOT fit AT4 or AT4X models — both come with a 2-inch factory lift (AT4X also has Multimatic DSSV dampers).
- Diesel models are NOT compatible — motor weight variances prevent Rough Country replacement strut options from functioning properly on diesel-powered Sierra 1500s.
- Installation requires a strut compressor and an estimated 5–6 hours to complete.
