The kit preserves factory suspension geometry using forged aluminum upper control arms, and it's designed to accommodate 33–35 inch tires for improved off-road capability.

- Does NOT fit 2019 "Classic" models (2018 body style).
- Does NOT fit Denali, Denali Ultimate, AT4, or AT4X models — these are equipped with Adaptive Ride Control, a 2-inch factory lift, or Multimatic DSSV dampers that are incompatible with this kit.
- Rough Country replacement strut options do NOT work on diesel-engine models due to weight variances.
- Installation requires a strut compressor; professional installation recommended.
