Built for Ford F-150 4WD owners who want three inches of lift without cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications, this Rough Country bolt-on kit combines forged aluminum upper control arms with rear lift blocks to deliver a balanced, aggressive stance. Accommodate 33"–34" tires while maintaining corrected suspension geometry and a factory-smooth ride.

- Rear Lift Blocks — raise the rear axle to match front ride height, creating a level stance from bumper to bumper.

Important notes
- Does not fit standard cab models, Tremor models (factory 1-inch lift), or trucks equipped with the continuous control damping (CCD) system.
- Does not fit models with the 3.0L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel V6 engine — diesel variants require different strut tuning.
- Requires factory ride height at or below 22 inches (measured center of wheel to bottom of fender). FX4, Snow Prep, and other factory off-road packages that modify front strut assemblies may exceed this threshold and are not compatible.
- Fully compatible with all Rough Country shock and strut options, including nitrogen-charged N3 shocks and premium Vertex reservoirs.
- Factory wheels may require 0.25-inch wheel spacers (SKU 1065) to clear the new suspension geometry.
- Fully reversible to stock configuration.
