- N3 Shock Pair (qty 2) — Nitrogen-charged shocks with 10-stage variable valving, 18mm spring-loaded piston rod, and 54mm shock body for consistent off-road and on-road performance.
- 4" Rear Leaf Spring (qty 2) — Heavy-duty springs engineered for the 1980–1996 F-150 4WD, providing enhanced load support and suspension durability.
- 2.5" Coils — Front coil springs that deliver increased ground clearance while maintaining ride comfort and precision alignment.
- Universal U-Bolt Kit — Hardware for secure leaf-spring mounting.

Important notes
- Models equipped with Ford's Heavy Duty Suspension (Quad Shock Package) will use a single aftermarket shock, mounted on the rear side of the axle closest to the cab.
- Maximum tire clearance is 32" — do not exceed this size without professional evaluation.

Models equipped with Ford's Heavy Duty Suspension (Quad Shock Package) will simply use a single aftermarket shock. The supplied shock will mount on the rear side of the axle (closest to the cab) on models equipped with the Quad Shock Package.
