Between 2003 and 2007, Saturn built the ION with two different bolt patterns — 4x100 and 5x110 — so the first thing I do is confirm which you've got. OE sizes ran from 185/70-14 all the way up to 215/45-17, and the hub bore sits at either 57.10 or 65.10 mm depending on your year and trim. I keep both hub-centric spigot rings on the rack because mismatched bore is one of those fitment gotchas that'll throw off your balance right out of the gate.

Most IONs that roll in here are looking to go up a size or two — maybe from a 15-inch to a 17 or 18. I stock OE-style replacements in gloss black and machined finishes, and I've got plus-size options too if you want that sportier stance. The thing to watch is brake clearance on the front end; depending on your trim, you might be tight on a 17-inch with a narrow offset, so I always check fitment against your specific caliper before we order. Offset typically runs +38 to +48 for these, and I'll walk you through the math if you bring in a wheel you're thinking about.
