Ram 5500 Tires — Fitment by Year
OE size on your 2024–2027 RAM 5500 is 225/70-19.5 on a 19.5-inch rim with a 10x225 bolt pattern and 170.10mm hub bore. I keep these sizes on the rack because I see RAM 5500s rolling through Marietta pretty regular, and when one comes in for a tire swap, I want to have what fits without the wait.
For straight OE replacement, I stock the load-rated options that match what RAM engineered for that platform — the 5500 is built to work, so the tire has to match that duty. If you're looking to upgrade, I can dial in something with a bit more tread life or a different tread pattern depending on how you're running the truck. Either way, we're talking about a 19.5-inch diameter, so the fitment window is pretty specific. I'll confirm everything before we touch the truck.
When your 5500 comes in, my crew runs road-force balance on every one, checks TPMS calibration, verifies the hub bore seats clean, and torques to spec. I've been doing this for fifteen years in Marietta with the same small team, so there's no guessing. We're bilingual, walk-ins are welcome, and I answer the phone myself most days.
We mount these for folks across Marietta, East Cobb, and Roswell. If you need financing, I work with Synchrony for 6-month promos on purchases $199 and up, or Acima if you want lease-to-own starting at $10. Walk in at 1585 Roswell Rd, call 678-400-6467, or book online below.

What we double-check on Ram 5500
- Load range matters more than tread pattern. We confirm the OE load index (often E or F on heavier trims) before recommending any oversize fitment.
- Bigger meats often need a leveling kit or trim work to clear — we'll tell you straight if your size doesn't fit your suspension as-is.
- TPMS reset done on every install. Bring the lug key if you have aftermarket locks.
Common questions about Ram 5500 tires
What's the OE tire size for a RAM 5500?
225/70-19.5. That's the factory fitment across 2024–2027. I keep it in stock because it's a straightforward size for the platform.
Will these tires fit my RAM 5500?
If your 5500 is 2024 or newer, the 225/70-19.5 on a 19.5-inch rim will fit. Bolt pattern is 10x225, hub bore 170.10mm. I verify all three before install.
Do you install tires same-day?
Most of the time, yeah. Depends on how busy we are, but I run a small crew and we mount in-house. Call ahead if you want to be sure — 678-400-6467.
Can I finance tires at Road Runner?
Yes. Synchrony Car Care covers purchases $199 and up with a 6-month promo, or Acima lets you lease-to-own starting at $10. Both are available in-store.

Built and run by Max Caba and a small team of techs.
We don't outsource installs and we don't sell tires we wouldn't put on our own trucks. Every wheel goes on with a torque wrench and a road-force balance, every TPMS sensor gets reset before you drive off, and every fitment question gets answered by someone who'll be here next week when you call back.
Fifteen years of doing it the same way — that's the whole pitch. We're a small shop on Roswell Road, not a chain, not a call center. Walk in and you'll meet the same techs who'll touch your truck.
