Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. Because aftermarket wheels often require a specific seat type and thread pitch, you'll want to match lug nuts to both the wheel's seat angle and your truck's factory stud spec — for most 8x180 GM HD applications that means a 14x1.5 thread pitch with the correct seat type for this wheel's lug pocket geometry.
