Will this fit my truck?

This wheel is spec'd at 22x12 with a -44mm offset on an 8x170 bolt pattern, which covers a solid range of Ford heavy-duty applications including the F-250 and F-350 Super Duty in both 2wd and 4wd configurations, the Ford Excursion, and F-350 Harley Davidson editions. That said, offset and width this aggressive almost always require a tire and suspension review — a level kit or lift in the 3-to-6-inch range is typical for trucks running a 12-inch-wide 22 without contact issues. Confirm your specific year and cab/bed configuration before ordering.

Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. The 8x170 platform uses a specific seat type — most Ford Super Duty applications use a 14x1.5 thread pitch with a conical seat — so you'll want to match that carefully rather than reusing hardware from a previous wheel. We can point you toward the correct lug nut spec when you're ready to complete the order.
