Will this fit my truck?

The JAVELIN-KF in this spec is a 24x11 with a -19mm offset and an 8x165.1 bolt pattern, so it's approved for vehicles like the Ram 2500, Ram 3500, Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and 3500, GMC Sierra HD 2500 and 3500, Hummer H2, and several Nissan NV commercial vans, among others. Always confirm your hub bore and brake caliper clearance before mounting, and check whether your specific lift height and fender configuration accommodate an 11-inch-wide 24 before ordering.

Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. At this offset and on HD platforms, you'll want seat-matched lug nuts — most 8-lug GM and Ram applications use a 14x1.5 or 9/16-18 thread depending on the generation, so verify your thread pitch before purchasing hardware separately.
