ET-50mm offset is typical for stock-height fitments; leveled and lifted trucks may want different offset/backspacing combinations to clear larger tires. A hub-centric ring is recommended when the wheel hub bore is larger than the vehicle hub.

Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. Because this is a polished finish, you'll want to match with either polished or chrome lug nuts to keep the look consistent — mismatched hardware is one of those details that's easy to overlook and hard to unsee once it's on the car.
