About This Wheel

Holding the R159 OZR, the first thing you notice is how deliberate the spoke layout feels — not overcrowded, not sparse. Rotiform runs a multi-spoke face with moderate depth that catches shadow well, giving the wheel visual dimension even when the car is sitting still. The Black finish absorbs direct light and reflects just enough contrast at the spoke edges to keep the face from looking flat. On a white or silver body, that dark face pops hard against the brake hardware behind it. On a blacked-out build, it integrates without disappearing. This wheel reads best on compact sport sedans, hatchbacks, and lifted-wheel-gap builds where the 18-inch diameter stays proportional to the arch.

Fitment

This wheel runs the 5x112 bolt pattern, which covers a range of half-ton trucks and SUVs depending on hub bore and offset. ET+45mm offset is typical for stock-height fitments; leveled and lifted trucks may want different offset/backspacing combinations to clear larger tires. A hub-centric ring is recommended when the wheel hub bore is larger than the vehicle hub.

The R159 OZR is drilled in 5x112, which is a passenger car and crossover bolt pattern — not common on full-size trucks. Check your vehicle's bolt pattern and hub bore before assuming fitment. If you're unsure, bring your year, make, and model and we'll pull the spec sheet.

Do lug nuts come included?

Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. The R159 OZR has a standard conical seat, so you'll need 60-degree taper lug nuts in the correct thread pitch for your vehicle. We stock a wide range of hardware and can match them at the time of purchase.
