Radius Arm Upgrade | Ford F250 / F350 Super Duty (23-26) & Ford F450 / F550 / F600 Super Duty (23-26) 4WD

Built for Super Duty owners who lift their truck and want geometry that actually works — the factory stamped radius arms weren't engineered for suspension heights above stock. These BDS tubular steel radius arms correct caster, add real structural strength, and give you the tire and ground clearance a lifted truck deserves. Pair them with 2–6" lift kits for geometry that tracks true.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get

• 1-3/4" OD heavy-wall tubular steel arms — gusseted and fully welded construction replaces weak factory stamped pieces with strength that handles lifted duty.
• Caster correction geometry — lower cam slots let you dial in caster adjustment without adding complexity or guesswork.
• OE-style rubber bushings — larger, softer isolators cut noise and harshness while requiring zero maintenance.
• Increased tire and ground clearance — the tubular design clears drop brackets and maximizes your lift's real-world benefits.

Important notes

• Designed to work with 2–6" lift kits on 2023–2026 Ford F250, F350 Super Duty 4WD and 2023–2026 Ford F450, F550, F600 Super Duty 4WD.
• Geometry correction depends on pairing with an appropriate BDS lift system — confirm your lift height when ordering.
