That bolt pattern is specific to Ford F-150 and Expedition platforms, so double-check your year and whether your truck uses a standard or high-positive-offset factory setup before ordering. A -18 offset typically requires a leveling kit or lift on most F-150 builds to clear the fender properly.
Do lug nuts come included?
Lug nuts are not included with the wheel. Moto Metal wheels use a standard conical seat, so you'll need 14x1.5 acorn-style lug nuts for most Ford applications. We carry several options in-store and can confirm the correct seat angle and thread pitch for your specific truck when you come in.
