Front Leaf Spring | 4 Inch Lift | Ford F250/F350 Super Duty (99-04) & 6" Inch Lift | Ford Excursion (00-05) 4WD

Built for F-Series and Excursion owners who want a proper front lift without complexity — this BDS front leaf spring delivers the foundation for a 4-inch lift on Super Duty trucks (1999–2004) or a 6-inch lift on Excursions (2000–2005). It's the load-carrying backbone that lets you run bigger rubber and clear obstacles while keeping your truck's geometry stable and predictable.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

Important notes

• Fitment is model-specific — verify your truck is an F-250 or F-350 Super Duty (1999–2004) or an Excursion 4WD (2000–2005) before ordering.
• This is a front-axle component only. Rear suspension work may be required to complete your desired lift height and maintain proper vehicle balance.
• Proper tire and wheel sizing — including offset and backspacing — is critical to avoid contact with frame or suspension components. Consult with our team on max tire clearance for your setup.
