6.5 Inch Lift Kit | Long Arm | Jeep Cherokee XJ (84-01)

Built for Jeep XJ Cherokee owners who want serious clearance and trail capability without sacrificing ride quality. This 6.5-inch long-arm lift kit maxes out your Cherokee's geometry while preserving factory driveline angles — no transfer case re-indexing needed. You get coil-over suspension geometry correction, fresh upper and lower control arms, and your choice of shock tiers to match your driving style.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Upper control arms — engineered to maintain proper caster and pinion angles as you climb toward that 6.5-inch lift height.
• Lower control arms — geometry-corrected to prevent bump steer and keep your steering responsive over rocks and roots.
• Coil-over springs — matched to your truck's weight for a balanced ride on-road and off.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro — comfortable daily-driver damping with digressive tuning; great for mixed terrain and highway cruising. Starts at $2,882.98.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — fully adjustable internal floating piston (IFP) reservoir shocks with DSC adjusters; fine-tune compression and rebound for rock crawls and aggressive trails. $3,482.98.

Choose your axle

• Chrysler 8.25 — factory rear differential; proven durability for street and light off-road.
• Dana 35 — lighter and stronger option if you're building for more aggressive terrain.
