6.5 Inch Lift Kit | FOX Performance Elite | Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD (20-26) 4WD

Built for Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD owners who want 6.5 inches of lift, 38-inch tire clearance, and trophy-truck capability without sacrificing on-road manners. This BDS Suspension kit preserves your truck's suspension and steering geometry through CNC-machined steering knuckles and a no-torsion-bar-drop design — meaning the torsion bars mount directly to the lower a-arm, keeping ground clearance maxed out and your front end bulletproof.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Torsion bar relocation brackets — mounted directly to the lower a-arm for maximum ground clearance and simplified geometry correction.
• High-arched 1/4-inch steel crossmembers — engineered for strength and offroad protection without compromising suspension travel.
• Multipiece differential relocation brackets — keep your driveline centered and protected at the new height.
• Heavy-duty skid plates — shield the undercarriage in rough terrain.
• CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles — correct steering geometry for confident handling at the taller ride height.
• Sway bar drops and stainless steel brake lines — maintain factory brake function with bolt-on relocation hardware.

Out back

BDS supplies replacement lift blocks and u-bolts that install in place of your stock blocks, lifting and leveling the rear while keeping ride quality and load capacity intact. Brake line and ABS line relocation brackets allow you to keep your factory brake lines — no custom fab needed.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro — comfortable daily driver shocks tuned for on-road comfort and basic offroad capability.
• FOX 2.5 Performance Elite — remote-reservoir race shocks with DSC dual-speed compression adjusters (10 low-speed, 12 high-speed levels). Black anodized aluminum construction keeps them cool under load. Built for trophy runs and rocky terrain.

Important notes

• This kit fits 2020–2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD 4WD models only.
• Maximum tire size is 38 inches.
• Two options available: 6-inch block kit without overload springs, or 6-inch block kit with overload springs for added load capacity.
• All necessary hardware and stainless steel brake lines are included; ABS line relocation brackets are factory-compatible.
