6 Inch Lift Kit | Ford F100/F150 (80-96) 4WD

Built for Ford F-Series owners who want commanding ground clearance and a classic truck stance. This 6-inch lift kit transforms your 1980–96 F100/F150 4WD into a trail-ready machine while preserving the geometry your truck was born with. Choose between a 4-inch block foundation, block-and-leaf-spring combo, or a full 6-inch leaf-spring setup — each scales your build to match your terrain and budget.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Front coil springs — engineered to handle the load without sacrificing ride quality or turning radius on tight trails.
• Caster-correction geometry — maintains proper wheel angles so steering stays responsive and tire wear stays even.

Out back

The rear is where you pick your commitment. The 4-inch block kit uses factory leaf springs; the block-with-add-a-leaf option stacks extra leaves for heavier loads; the full 6-inch leaf-spring package replaces the entire rear spring assembly for maximum articulation and load capacity.
