5.5 Inch Lift Kit w/ 4-Link | Ram 3500 w/ Rear Air Ride (19-24) 4WD | Gas

Built for Ram 3500 gas owners who want maximum capability without sacrificing ride quality — this 5.5-inch lift kit preserves driveline geometry and clears up to 37" tires. BDS engineered it specifically for rear air-ride trucks, so your factory air suspension still works. You get coil springs up front, caster correction, transfer case re-indexing, and a matched shock package — everything bolts in one day.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Pro-Ride coil springs — full-length, gas-specific progressive rate springs tuned for the correct lift height and smooth ride across any terrain.
• Tubular radius arms — high-strength replacement for factory stamped steel, with caster adjustment and OE-style rubber bushings for quiet, service-free operation.
• Forged drop pitman arm — minimizes steering angle and keeps geometry in phase through suspension travel.
• Heavy-duty track bar drop bracket — recenters the front axle and maintains steering precision at full lift height.
• Sway bar relocation kit — preserves anti-roll function without binding or clipping.
• Brake line brackets — keeps hydraulic lines clear of moving suspension components.

Out back

High-strength fabricated lift block, heavy-duty air bag spacers designed to work with your factory air suspension, longer u-bolts rated for 5.5" lift, and a matching set of shocks to complete the package.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro Series — proven comfort and durability for daily driving, pressure-balanced for consistent ride quality over rough terrain.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — advanced damping and external bypass tuning for aggressive off-road use and maximum articulation.

Important notes

• Rear air suspension is retained — no conversion to coils required. Air bag spacers and brackets supplied.
• Transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember included to restore factory front driveshaft geometry at 5.5" height.
• Supports up to 37" tires; verify backspacing on any aftermarket wheels — some require offset adjustments.
• Factory air ride sensors and control modules function normally post-installation.
• Kit is gas-engine specific; diesel applications require different spring rates.

Why customers pick this at Road Runner

• BDS warranty backed by a local shop that services these kits every week — no mail-in hassle if anything ever needs work.
• Mount and balance available by techs who know gas Ram 3500s inside and out.
