5.5 Inch Lift Kit w/ 4-Link | Ram 2500 w/ Rear Air Ride (14-18) 4WD | Gas

Built for Ram 2500 diesel owners who want 5.5 inches of lift without losing the factory air suspension or driveline geometry. This BDS 4-link kit is engineered to stack height while keeping your truck planted — caster-corrected upper and lower control arms preserve steering feel and driveshaft angles, so you avoid premature wear and vibration. Your rear air suspension stays functional, and you'll fit substantially larger rubber without compromise.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Caster-corrected upper control arms — maintain OE steering geometry and suspension feel during full articulation.
• Lower control arms — matched pair engineered to work with the 4-link rear system for balanced handling.
• Rear 4-link upgrade — replaces the factory setup with adjustable links that keep the axle centered under load and boost traction.
• Coil springs — tuned for the lift height while supporting your payload and aftermarket tires.

Out back

The rear air suspension is retained — no modification needed. The 4-link frame ties use adjustable geometry to center the axle housing and control pinion angle across the full range of suspension travel, so you get predictable handling both on road and off.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro Series — comfortable daily driver with responsive damping, perfect for on-road cruising and light off-road use.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — premium tuning with speed-sensitive damping and external adjusters for aggressive terrain and high-speed off-road work.

Important notes

• This kit is tuned specifically for gas-engine 2500s with rear air suspension (14–18). Air-suspension-equipped trucks cannot use traditional coil-only lift kits.
• Maximum tire clearance depends on backspacing and offset — bring your wheel specs to confirm fitment before purchase.
• The factory air compressor and suspension controls remain in place and fully functional.

Why customers pick this at Road Runner

• BDS 4-link engineering keeps caster and pinion angles corrected — you avoid steering wander and driveshaft vibration that plagues bolt-on lifts.

• Professionally installed by Ram experts who perform these kits every week.
• BDS warranty is backed locally — call us with any questions after install.
• Mount and balance available means minimal downtime.
