This 4-link conversion kit from BDS Suspension replaces the factory stamped-steel radius arms with a bolt-on, high-strength 4-link setup that corrects axle positioning and minimizes caster change through the full range of wheel travel. You get a proper stance, better handling, and the clearance to run aggressive rubber — all while preserving the geometry that keeps your truck predictable.

What you get up front

• Pro-Ride coil springs — Full-length, gas-engine-specific springs deliver the 4-inch lift with a smooth, predictable ride across pavement and trail.
• 4-link control arms with conversion brackets — Heavy-duty 1/4-inch steel brackets bolt the upper and lower control arms to the axle, correcting geometry and adding strength where the factory radius arms fall short.
• Forged drop pitman arm and track bar drop bracket — These steering-correction pieces minimize steering angle and keep the system in phase through suspension travel, recentering the front axle after the lift.
• Sway bar relocation kit — Maintains anti-roll stability at the new height.

The rear uses a high-strength lift block, longer u-bolts, and either a matching pair of NX2 Nitro shocks (standard) or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks (upgrade). You can run the block kit on the factory leaf springs, or step up to a full leaf-spring replacement for a softer ride and better articulation off-pavement.

Important notes

• Maximum tire size: 35 × 12.5 inches. Larger tires may rub or require trimming.
• Fits 2005–2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD gas trucks only. Diesel models and earlier/later years require different kits.
• Two rear-lift options: Block kit (standard) with factory leaf springs, or full leaf-spring replacement. Block kits come with or without factory-overload springs — confirm which you need before ordering.
• The 4-link conversion changes caster geometry in a controlled, predictable way. Factory caster will shift slightly at full droop and bump, but the 1/4-inch steel brackets and control-arm geometry are engineered to stay within safe limits throughout normal and moderate off-road driving.
