4 Inch Lift Kit | Ram 1500 w/ Air Ride (13-18) 4WD

Built for Ram 1500 owners who demand serious ground clearance without sacrificing ride quality — this 4-inch lift kit transforms your air-ride 1500 into a capable off-road platform while keeping the factory air suspension geometry intact. You get up front and rear coil springs engineered for 4 inches of lift, progressive rate designs that handle both highway cruising and trail work, and the ability to run up to 35-inch tires.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Front coil springs — progressive rate design rated for 4 inches of lift, maintaining factory caster angles and steering geometry.
• Rear coil springs — matched progressive springs for balanced stance and load-carrying capacity.
• Shock absorbers — choose between FOX 2.0 Performance or NX2 Nitro tiers (details below).

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro Series — comfortable daily driver with twin-tube internals, DSC adjusters for light trail tuning, and proven durability on 4-inch lifts.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — premium monotube dampers with velocity-sensitive compression, ideal for mixed highway and aggressive off-road use.

Important notes

• This kit is engineered specifically for Ram 1500s equipped with factory air suspension (2013–2018). Do not install on models with coil springs.
• Maximum tire clearance is 35 inches with proper wheel offset and backspacing.
• OE wheels must have a minimum offset of +18 to +22 (verify before fitment). Aftermarket wheels should be checked for backspacing to avoid suspension contact.
• Transfer case re-indexing may be required on some model years — our technicians handle this during installation.

Why customers pick this at Road Runner

• BDS suspension backed by a lifetime warranty on frame welds and structural parts — honored locally by our shop.
• Installed by technicians who do Ram suspensions every week — not guesswork, real expertise.
• Factory air-ride geometry is preserved; you keep electronic ride height and suspension damping control.
• 33- and 35-inch tire packages already spec'd and in stock; we'll dial in the right wheel offset for your build.
• Professional install in our shop on most kits means you drive out lifted and ready.
