4 Inch Lift Kit | Ford F150 (15-20) 2WD

Built for F-150 owners who want more ground clearance and a commanding stance — this 4-inch lift kit gives your 2015–2020 F-150 2WD the height and presence you're after. BDS engineering preserves your truck's driveline geometry so you get lift without compromising ride quality or component lifespan.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Coilover front struts — engineered to handle the load and keep your F-150 level while preserving suspension geometry.
• Block-style rear lift — stacks beneath the leaf springs for predictable, long-term support without compromising articulation.

Out back

The rear uses BDS-engineered blocks that integrate with your factory leaf springs. You get 4 inches of lift (or 3 inches with the block-only variant) while maintaining factory driveline angles and suspension travel.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro — comfortable daily driver shocks that deliver smooth on-road manners and reliable performance at a value price point.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — premium monotube shocks tuned for responsive handling, precise damping, and long-term durability in mixed terrain.
