4 Inch Lift Kit | Ford F150 (09-13) 4WD

Built for F150 owners who want 4 inches of clearance without sacrificing ride quality. This BDS 4-inch lift kit raises your 2009–2013 Ford F150 4WD up to fit larger tires while preserving driveline geometry and factory-correct caster angles. You get a complete bolt-on system designed to work like the truck left the factory — just lifted.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• BDS coil-over front struts — engineered for the 4-inch lift with progressive spring rates that keep your ride smooth on-road and capable off-pavement.
• Upper and lower control arms — maintain proper suspension geometry and caster correction so your truck drives true.
• Bump stops and hardware — everything needed for a clean, professional install.

Out back

Rear leaf springs are re-arched to match the front lift. The system retains factory ride characteristics and load-carrying capacity — no compromise.

Pick your shocks

• BDS NX2 Nitro Series — comfortable daily driver shocks with nitrogen-charged dampening for responsive suspension feel on street and trail.
• FOX 2.0 Performance Series — remote-reservoir shocks for tuned off-road performance and premium ride control in all conditions.

Important notes

• Driveshaft length remains stock — no modifications required.
• Factory wheel backspacing is preserved. Verify tire and wheel clearance for your specific offset and width.
• Vehicles equipped with factory air suspension are not compatible with this kit.
• May require transfer case re-indexing on some applications — confirm during fitment consultation.
