Built for classic Ford truck owners who want that signature stance without reinventing the suspension. This 4-inch lift kit lifts your '73–'76 F100 or F150 4WD into proper proportions, giving you tire clearance and the geometry needed to run those big tires the way the truck was meant to. Choose your setup — block kit, block with add-a-leaf, or full leaf springs — and get the height you want.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

Front coil springs — engineered to handle the 4-inch lift while maintaining proper suspension geometry and ride control.
Front hangers — repositioned to keep caster in the sweet spot and reduce steering kickback.

Out back

Rear block kit stacks beneath your existing springs for straightforward lift. Add-a-leaf option thickens your spring pack for extra support under load. Full leaf-spring replacement gives you a fresh setup top to bottom.

Why customers pick this at Road Runner

BDS-backed engineering — designed specifically for your year and driveline.
Proven kit on thousands of classic Fords — parts that have earned trust since the '70s.
Local installation by techs who do this work weekly — no surprises.
