3 Inch Lift Kit | Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD (20-26)

Built for Silverado and Sierra 2500HD/3500HD owners who want a level stance, better tire clearance, and tuned-in handling all in one shot. This 3-inch lift from BDS Suspension raises the front via torsion key adjustment and adds a 2-inch rear block to level your truck — then lets you fit up to 35" tires without compromise. You get heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, a differential relocation kit to preserve CV axle geometry, and sway bar brackets that keep everything working right.

Installed and serviced at Road Runner Wheels & Tires. Most kits go in the same day. Call (678) 400-6467 to schedule.

What you get up front

• Indexed torsion bar keys — cast steel adjusters that lift the front 3 inches and preserve caster geometry so your truck handles predictably.
• Heavy-duty tubular upper control arms — 1.5" OD x .120-wall construction with indexed ball joint cups for improved down-travel and camber tuning. Greaseable ball joints and powder-coated finish.
• Differential relocation kit — corrects CV axle operating angles without eating into ground clearance or ride quality.
• Sway bar relocation brackets — eliminate interference and maintain proper operating angles at full articulation.

Out back

A 2-inch block with u-bolt hardware creates a level to slightly nose-high stance when unloaded, paired with specially tuned FOX shocks that absorb terrain impact.

Pick your shocks

• FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP — comfortable daily driver setup; Internal Floating Piston design handles street and light trail duty without fuss.
• FOX 2.5 HTO Performance Series — mid-tier tuning for those who want more control on rougher roads and mild off-road work; High Temperature Optimized valving.
• FOX 2.5 Performance Elite — premium adjustable damping for serious truck duty, tighter on-road handling, and repeatable off-road confidence.

Important notes

• Max tire size is 35 x 12.5 with this kit; going larger risks suspension bind and geometry issues.
• Fits 2020–2026 Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and Sierra 2500HD/3500HD in 4WD and RWD configurations across all trim levels (Base, LT, LTZ, High Country, Denali, AT4, AT4X, ZR2).
• Two rear block options available: without overload for standard-duty use, or with overload springs for those who regularly haul payload.

Why customers pick this at Road Runner

• BDS engineering corrects caster angle and CV geometry — your truck drives straight and handles like it should, not like something's fighting back.
• Kits are installed here every week; our techs know every step and catch fitment quirks before you drive off the lift.
• Three shock tiers let you match your budget and driving style — no upsell pressure, just options that work.
• Local BDS warranty support — if anything goes wrong, we handle it with parts and labor.
• Mount and balance available on most kits means you're rolling on 35s by Friday afternoon.
